Four Have Declared Their Candidacy For Mayor. Here's My Pick

May 25, 2014

A tale of two cities. One spends over a million dollars for a place where politicians make speeches, the other gets a neat old cannon for free, adds a brass plaque honoring our veterans and it soon becomes a favorite piece of playground equipment for the children. The same city built a Vietnam Vets memorial with lots of $5. donations from the people. Happy Memorial Day and remember to vote wisely in June. Please don't bring back the tax and spend crew.

April 27, 2014

Your real park fees nearly $900. a year, here's proof

April 13, 2014

Never heard of it? Only the old timers remember this fiasco. When it was learned that money designated for parks was being used to finance landscaping on the Alesandro median community activists dubbed it Pete Bleckert Park and went so far as to have a picnic there. One of the players was council candidate Harold Coleman who was wheelchair bound and complained that it did not meet ADA requirements. The parks and recreation commission chairman was quoted in the Press Enterprise calling it FRAUD TO THE TAXPAYER. All this activity embarrassed the council to the point where the funding for the medians was taken out of the park fund and put where it belonged, in the general fund. The park director at that time was none other than the recall supporter and wanna be councilman for district 3.

January 21, 2014

The latest snafu is the firing of the very popular park director. Of course  the recall vandals are blaming the mayor.

They blame him for everything that goes wrong and give him credit for nothing that goes right

As early as December the mayor reported that he had heard there was a move to fire Mike and opposed this action.

Maybe he was doing such a good job that in comparison he made the former director look bad?  Quien Sabe?

January 16, 2014

Over 20 years ago Richard Stewart was running for council and all of his signs were defaced.

Today, it's the anti-recall signs that are being defaced and Mayor Owings Facebook page is under constant attack by the recall vandals.

Their obscenities are deleted and reported to facebook whenever they are discovered.

Interesting that Mayor Owings nor the anti-recall group ever defaces the pro-recall pages.

It's all about class and courtesy. One group has it, the other doesn't.

Matthew 7:16 "You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?

January 15, 2014

Nearly 9 months have passed since the recall attempt began and the vandals

have no results to show, other than the destruction of their oppositions signs..

Out of the five targets not a one has been recalled

The last attempt never got out of the gate because this new

and improved recall group couldn't follow the simple instructions.

January 14, 2014

If you follow the rants of the semi-literate recall vandals and wannabe bloggers you would think the mayor had horns and a tail.

The recent posting on his facebook page tells a different story.

His second inaugural address had been up for less than a week and tells a different story.

It has more hits than all the recall rants combined, over 15,000 (fifteen thousand) in less than a week.

Have a look

January 7, 2014

The recall vandals have once again proven themselves liars, as they said they would wait until February to re-start the recall process

December 30 2013

What happened to the charter petition?

Wasn't it the same group that is faltering at recalling the council that was promoting that petition?

Just another unfulfilled promise by those who were to recall the entire council.

Where were they when the first charter petition was being promoted by Ray Haynes?

That petition also would have repealed our utility tax.

December 29 2013

The recall lemmings are just now waking up to trouble in Moreno Valley, but are they going after the right council?

Check this article from over ten years ago where building and safety were pulling their shenanigans.

December 26th

Do you think the recall people would let the most holy day of the year muzzle their hate?

Not a chance.  They continue to reveal their true nature.

December 18 2013

"I have no proof, but those guys cheated!" That's today's mantra in the press pravda.

Seems they just can't make up enough stuff about the district 3 and 5 reps.

December 14 2013

Talk about counting their chickens before they're hatched, believe it or not one of the lemmings

is actually campaigning for Owings job and he hasn't even been recalled.

I can't wait to share the dirt on this guy. For now I'll just say it would be like hiring the fox to guard the hen house.

Pearl Harbor Day 2013

The Lemmings Wimp out

December 6, 2013

Where's the beef?

It's one for five for recall signatures and the lemmings are  agog!

What about the rest of the council you promised to recall?

Will you be setting up a tent on the west side?

Will you see you at Wally World this weekend?  Have you quit?

Only a week left to  get those signatures for district 1 and 2.

December 3, 2013

Recall petitions for Victoria BacaDistrict 5 were not turned

in by the deadline date of December 3, 2013

Today's the deadline and so far I've heard of no traffic jams near the city hall

from the lemmings rushing to turn in their petitions, but the deadline isn't until six.

December 2, 2013

Time to put up or shut up.  Deadline is tomorrow to turn in those recall petitions.

I've been critical of the recall vandals, but their track record shows that they will be the perfect politicians

Lots of broken promises.   First they were going to recall all five council members.

They got lucky when Co got greedy and it was down to four.

No action is seen in districts 1 and 2 and minimal in 5

So, those who promised a 5 member recall are now down to one

If they will lie about whom they are going to recall, what else will they lie about?

November 26, 2013

Today's Lemming Logic:  It appears that the recall vandals have no complaint

about the new Deckers distribution center on the west side of the city

In the past their complaint has been pollution.

Consider prevailing west winds blow any pollution from the area of Skechers

and the east end projects into the unpopulated badlands area

Any pollution from the west side will be blown into the east side of the city

The area most active with recall activity.  Just another case of NIMBY

(Not In My Back Yard)

November 22, 2013

So what's the B.S.?

The biggest lie spread by the recall vandals is the Skechers project provided only one job.

Do they think the stork brought it? These people have never heard of:

Architects, engineers, construction workers.  Yes, the one job myth is B.S.

November 20, 2013

Big articles on the Moreno Valley recall movement in the local fishwrap.

Does this seem like fair and balanced reporting to y'all, or a tiny bit slanted?

 November 18, 2013

It was recently reported that the recent in custody death will be going to a coroners inquest.

Here's the law on that:  Government Code 27491.6. The coroner may also, in his discretion, if the
circumstances warrant, hold an inquest, and he shall hold an inquest
if requested to do so by the Attorney General, the district attorney,
sheriff, city prosecutor, city attorney, or a chief of police of a
city in the county in which such coroner has jurisdiction. Such
inquest shall be held with or without a jury, at the coroner's
discretion and shall be open to the public.

November 16, 2013

Finally some news on the Moval in custody death. Toxicology showed lots of drugs, but most significantly
PCP (Angel Dust). I thought it went out of style in the seventies.
That stuff is just bad news. Google it. Users get super human strength and are impervious to pain.
Yes, I've seen it, never used it and don't intend to. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

November 15, 2013

Following their purchase of the recent school bored seat for the pro-tax anti-gay candidate the

Teachers Union is now

going to try to run the city by joining with the rekkkal lemmings.  SHAMEFUL!

November 9, 2013

Irony of the year?  Maybe.

The latest tactic is a legal maneuver to remove Dr. G from the city council

Most interesting is that the only person mentioned in the recent press article is a BASIL KIMBREW.

Could this be the same BASIL KIMBREW that is mentioned in this news article?

COMPTON, Calif. (AP) - A former school board member received a two-year suspended jail sentence Thursday for charging more than $2,000 on a district-issued credit card while he was no longer on the board.

Basil Kimbrew, 51, pleaded no contest to a charge of misappropriation of public money.

Superior Court Judge Janice Croft sentenced Kimbrew to two years in jail, but suspended the sentence in favor of five years of probation, according to the district attorney's office. She also barred Kimbrew from having any contact with political campaigns, candidates or political causes during his probation.

In exchange for the plea, two other charges of misappropriation of public funds against Kimbrew were dropped.

In December 2002, Kimbrew pleaded no contest to falsifying his address so he could run for the school board. He was forced to resign from the board, but continued to use his school board credit card to pay for a personal party and a $241 hotel room in Carson, prosecutors said.

He previously paid $2,000 in restitution, they said.

Weekend Observations

I noticed that the rekkkall lemmings are celebrating the slam dunk election of the anti-gay, pro-tax teachers union puppet

That on Heacock there are two anti-recall signs gone and one vandalized

Conclusion: The rekkkal lemmings love high taxes, hate gays and condone vandalism.

November 8, 2013

The hate Marcelo and hang'em high hysteria continues. Instead of joining the lemmings,

let's look a bit deeper into recent events.

The bribe was accepted nearly a year ago and Co has been turned into a bitch for the corruption task force.

Just consider what he's been doing for the past 11 months.  A deal has been cut for him to "cooperate" (snitch)

How reliable is any information he provides being under the duress of staying out of prison

or reducing his prison sentence.  What would you do to stay out of prison?  Lie?, Cheat? Steal? Rat out your friends?

Anything Marcelo does or says is tainted.

November 7, 2013

A sad day for moval.  It's all over the local and national news, the largest ever bribe.  A case of stupidity and greed with no reason.

Marcelo had a successful business, rental property plus the extra income for serving on the city council.

The worst part is the lemmings are trying to spread this taint to the five sitting council members with no proof.

Deception seems to be their style.

November 6, 2013

As predicted the school bored remains in the possession of the teachers union.

The rekkkal lemmings haven't been in such a state of orgasmic delight since the

mayor had to be rushed to emergency hospital with a dog bite.

Hate is such an ugly emotion.

November 5, 2013

Corruption investigation ends?  That's what it looks like. Next may be indictments, then trial.

That's a long way from convictions, and we know the law is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY,

But that won't halt the lynch mob mentality of the recall lemmings.

November 4, 2013

School bored election tomorrow, the pro-tax, anti-gay teachers union puppet will win.  No one else campaigned.

The Latest Laughable Lemming Logic, the anti-recall signs and mailers are more beneficial to the pro-rekkkal side.

Remember what the door mouse said, FEED YOUR HEAD

November 3, 2013

The moval mayor recently quoted one of my favorite scenes from MISSISSIPPI BURNING

where Hackman tries to explain to DeFoe the hateful attitudes of the time in the South.

I often post this clip when I see hate speech.  It's a good way to expose the haters.

Woody Guthrie responded to hate in song.  In 1948 a plane went down killing 42 people.

The response in the news suggested it was just a bunch of wetbacks being sent back to Mexico, as if these

people were somewhat less than human.  Woody responded by penning the song PLANE WRECK AT LOS GATOS.

The title was later changed to DEPORTEE.

You won't have your names when you ride the big airplane,
All they will call you will be "deportees"

November 2, 2013

News Flash! Or Not.... Is it true that one of the rekkkall lemmings got caught on one of the city cameras stealing the no bull signs?  Is it true Moval PD found them in his home?  Is it the same guy who assaulted Ms. Palomarez?  We'll know for sure when the story hits the Press Enterprise (uh huh).

November 1, 2013

Today's Rekkkall lemming logic the evil people meet in public to plot their nefarious deeds.  Bizarre thinking so far as I can see.  If I was up to no good I'd certainly not be plotting in a public place.  What are theses lemmings smoking?

October 28, 2013

Lots of great things happening in Moreno Valley. One of our councilmember's rescued a dog and the granddaughter of another rescued a dog and two kittens.  The community came out to support two car washes to help with the funeral expenses of the needy and there is a volunteer group that will be restoring the big M on Box Springs Mountain.

All the while the reKKKal lemmings do nothing but continue to regurgitate their hate.

October 26 2013

The Moreno Valley Animal Shelter is having an adoption event on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 until 5:00.

Every "available" dog will cost $50 which includes: spay or neuter, microchip and shots.

Every "available" cat will cost $25 which includes: spay or neuter, microchip and shots.

The dogs will be at the shelter at 14041 Elsworth Street in Moreno Valley, CA.

There will also be some dogs for adoption off-site at the Conference and Recreation Center located at 14075 Frederick Street in Moreno Valley.

October 25, 2013

Here's some folks that are doing something positive. The City of Moreno Valley's landmark "M" will receive a much-needed repainting next Saturday, November 2. The City would like to express our appreciation to the volunteers and donors who are making this privately-organized and funded project possible! A symbol of the community since the 1960's, Moreno Valley's "M" was last painted in 2009, during the City's 25th anniversary celebration year. After years of harsh weather conditions, the sign is ready for a makeover. City Parks & Recreation Commissioner James Baker is leading a community project to upgrade the condition of the famous landmark with the generous assistance of Lowe's Home Improvement and Visterra Credit Union.  Citizens who wish to participate should contact Visterra Credit Union at 951.656.4411

October 24, 2013

Over 1000 people have withdrawn their names from the recall petitions.  That has to be a major blow to the recall lemmings.

There are over 5000 hits on the in custody death video on YouTube?  Is this what they call VIRAL?  Hopefully cooler heads will continue to prevail

And the latest on the Moreno Valley Corruption Probe

October 23, 2013

Regarding that big elephant in the living room, gooogle Marquete Fry.  There was no video and he survived, but Los Angeles was never the same.

At last nights council meeting only two followed old Ben Franklins admonition.  For more on the same subject search PATRICK HENRY and SAMUEL ADAMS (not the beer)

More on the corruption probe can be found here

October 22, 2013

More lawyers coming to town. Seems every council action or proposed action provides more biz for the out of town sharks.

Don't miss the council meeting tonight on MVTV3 or on line at  It's more fun than feeding time at the zoo.

No Kill Moreno Valley web site is up and running with cute critters for your to adopt.

 October 21, 2013

Council meeting tomorrow night.  The funding of the DUI checkpoints is on the agenda.  Until now the council has agreed that we should trade some of our freedom for the security perceived by these checkpoints. Here's what Ben Franklin had to say on that subject.  "Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither".

 October 19, 2013

You don't have to be on any side to help the family of Mr. Johnson pay for his funeral. You  just have to have a little heart.

A car wash is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, 23346 Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley, to raise money for the family.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels and have not charity I am become as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal

October 18, 2013

Information continues  to develop on the Johnson death. There are conflicting reports on how many  times he was tazed. One says three, the  other says ten.  I found it interesting to do a web search on tazer deaths.  There have been a lot.  He was reportedly shot with pepper spray too and there have been some deaths from that too.  Toxicology may give a reason for his apparent seizure.  Drugs and drug interactions can cause seizures along with a number of plants that grow in our area.

A car wash is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, 23346 Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley, to raise money for the family.

The doomed recall group continue to act up grasping at straws.  Their latest is to boycott local businesses that don't agree with them.  Add those to Skechers, World Logistics Center, Benzeevi Vineyard and who knows who else.  Add this to their celebration of the mayors injury, the applauding of the vandalism of the anti recall signs and you get a really good picture of this group.  If that's not enough, tune in to the city council meetings and watch them spew their hate.

Be sure to visit the new web site for NO KILL MORENO VALLEY.  Adopt a critter and save a life, or just donate a bit of pocket change.

October 17, 2013

Finally some new info on the Johnson death.  Some details on events leading up to his arrest and the autopsy shows the police did not cause his death. Toxicology report pending.  The hits on the video site and comments have slowed down.  Still the  mantra is the same. One group believes the cops can do no wrong while the other believe they can do no right.  There is a silent group that judges each incident on it's own merits and waits until all the facts are into comment.

A car wash is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, 23346 Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley, to raise money for the family.

Recall lemmings now decline to reveal their numbers, probably the death knell for their movement.  Maybe it's because there is really no cause for a recall. The council not living up to their expectations just doesn't cut it.

Be sure to visit NO KILL MORENO VALLEY and save a life

October 16, 2013

Got a double dose of the city council today.  The video of the session regarding the appointment of Dr. G, which was just another hate fest by the recall lemmings.  The following study session was typical mas boring!

The Press Enterprise continues to do their homework on the in custody death of Mr. Johnson.  The Youtube video of the incident now has around 3000 hits after being up a bit more than a day. Inflammatory comments continue with mostly being anti-police.

The entire incident is so reminiscent of the events leading up to the civil unrest of the sixties and which I remember well.  Most importantly we should view with skepticism all claims and statements made by all.  One such inflammatory rumor in  1965 was about a pregnant girl getting arrested.  She was not in fact pregnant, but wearing a barber smock.  Like with the recall we see the rush to judgment.   That's exactly the same as we saw in so many western movies.  The sheriff with his only deputy stands in front of the jail to protect the untried presumed innocent prisoner from the violent lynch mob.

Regardless of your position on the event, you should consider supporting the car wash to assist the family with funeral arrangements. The descendents car was impounded and the family had to pay $600. in impound fees which adds to their hardship.

A car wash is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, 23346 Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley, to raise money for the family.

October 15, 2013

The last on Palomarez:  Louise, if you were assaulted and your purse taken, arrest the perpetrator(s). The last I heard the police were required to accept citizens arrest. Perpetrator(s): Keep your hands to yourself.  Fights start this way and fighting is no fun unless you win and then it can still be painful.

In custody death: The Press Enterprise has finally provided some info on this incident, in fact, more than any other news media. Still there are questions.  Why were the paramedics not called first if he was exhibiting signs of a seizure?  Why was it important  that he get out of his car? For what crime was he arrested?  Why is there no autopsy report?  Are the claims of him being tazed ten times true or false?  We are depending on our leaders in government to handle this in such a way that we don't see the kind of civil unrest exhibited after the Rodney King incident.   The youtube video is over 2000 hits and the inflammatory comments continue.

Columbus Day 2013 (no mail)

One of the anti-WLC people confessed that one of thier leaders "put a hand" on Palomarez, but nothing else.  The report I received was that she was shoved multiple times and her purse thrown out of the room.  Where is the truth?

The MVPD video has been taken down from Youtube by the guy who posted it, but it's been replaced by a relative of the decedent.

The original post had thousands hits and lots of inflamatory remarks. This one has been up for a day and has over six hundred hits and a few comments.  Newstopix has the story and a couple mild comments.

The only TV coverage remains with chanel 7 and it has lots of comments on line.

I don't believe there is a cover up by the media, but they've chosen to soft pedal this story, knowing the results from the Rodney King video.  I've shared this with many city officials and have received to word to back off nor delete the postings.

We have some very capable people in county and city law enforcement and I believe that appropriate steps will be taken to deal with this incident.

 October 13, 2013

Still no report in the news nor any social media regarding the attack on Palomarez.

In custody death as reported by Riverside County Sheriff

Bad news for Moreno Valley on Youtube.  650 views and a bunch of not nice comments so far and it's only been up a few hours. On Instagram with over 600 views.

No winners here.  Only channel 7 reporting so  far.

October 12, 2013

What happened at the anti-WLC meeting today?  We have an unconfirmed report of a physical attack on MPA president Louise Palomarez by one of the recall lemmings.

Moreno Valley Pet Adoption Event today as noted above and the opening of the new No Kill Moreno Valley Web Page

 October 11, 2013

It was called right yesterday. The lemmings turned the October 10th city council meeting into a circus with re-runs of their same old mantra. "Resign, We Don't Like You", et cetra, ad infinitum.

 October 10, 2013

May be good news. The Press Enterprise has a new owner. We can hope they will be fairer with Moval.

There's a special council meeting to night to ratify the recent appointment of Dr. G.  It could be a quick and easy meeting, but you can bet the recall lemmings will be there to turn it into a circus.  Here's some advice. Tell the guy that sounds like he's stoned to stay away from the microphone. He isn't helping your cause. If he wants to re-live the sixties he should sit in the hall and sing WE SHALL OVERCOME and JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS.  Here are the lyrics. Try to memorize them by tonight.

 October 9, 2013

The mayor was in rare form last night, but I think he gave away too much.  I was waiting until we were closer to a recall election to expose the felony records of some of the recall lemmings.  Good job anyway.  Click on the link and fast forward to the mayors comments.  It will be worth your time.

October 8, 2013

The former parks and wreck director appears to be a part of the recall lemming group and whining about alleged corruption. This is like the pot calling the kettle bellied.  His entire career with the city was one SNAFU after the other.  Our park taxes more than tripled on his watch and the way park funds were spent was no less than obscene!  More proof that those who would recall our council would be much worse than our present leaders.  Be sure to watch the city council meeting tonight.  There's no doubt that Reeders Raiders will be out in force and provide better entertainment than you can find in any other entertainment venue.

October 7, 2013

Figures don't lie but liars figure.  The recall lemmings now claim 2500 signatures, but if their math is the same as when they claimed 60 protesters at the recent banquet when there were 12, and they exaggerated at the same level, their total signatures would be 500.  Still a respectable number for a group of amateurs.

 October 6, 2013

The internet and Riverside fishwrap are just brimming with hate this morning, especially for Dr. Yxstain.  Here's a little movie clip that shows why hate is so important to some folks.

October 5, 2013

The recall lemmings are all agog over their out of town lawyer and his ten page lawyer letter to moval.  According to the local fishwrap he's telling the city council that they are naughty and if they don't stop being naughty (in his opinion), he's going to sue them. Ho hum! as if this is the first time the lemmings have sued the city. You can't build an outhouse in this town without some wacko group trying to put the kibosh on it.  Que sera, just another day in moron valley.

October 4, 2013

Deja Vu Compton.  The latest is the council wants to eliminate the police motorcycles.  When the politicians fight with the police there are no winners.  Read the book KING OF COMPTON, by former Mayor Omar Bradley.  He disbanded the 100 year old Compton Police Department and went to prison.

October 3, 2013

We're in the sixth month since the council et al were served with search warrants and still no arrests nor indictments.  Seems that would be enough time to find wrongdoing if there was any.  Could it be a politically motivated witch hunt?  It's given rise to the recall movement.  Was that the objective?  In any case, we the taxpayers are funding it and so far we see no results.

October 2, 2013

The recall lemmings continue to lie.  Sixty people protesting the Iddo banquet?  More like a dozen.  You just can't trust these people!

October 1, 2013

How low can you go?  The answer is with the recall lemmings who continue to attack the families of their targets.

September 29 2013

A new player has been added to the recall group, the county sheriff's union.  It must be noted that this is not the county sheriff nor the sheriff's department backing the recall, but the deputies labor union.  Certainly a bold move on their part because if they are not successful this will be one more reason why the council would consider their own police department and ending the contract with the county sheriff.

September 25 2013

The recall folks are in a major snit today over the appointment of Dr. G to the city council.

They must be supporters of the two top vote getters in the last election. Cross and Flick

This was posted by Mayor Owings on September 21st.

Sounds accurate. Wonder why the recall folks are wimping out on so many districts.

Where we are now…. 44 Days Down & 76 Days to Go Until Petition Drop Date.

To date there is evidence that recall proponents have:

• Given up efforts against Jessie Molina in District 1
• Ceased efforts against Stewart in District 2, (if in fact they ever had any intention of recalling their only ally on the council)
• Failed to get any traction against Victoria Baca in District 5 and
• Are putting 100% 0f their efforts against Mayor Owings in District 3.

The recall folks continue to congratulate one another on their vandalism and encourage more.  They also rejoice in the injury to the mayor that required a trip to the emergency room and stitches.  Our current elected officials may not the best,  but these people are far worse.  No way do we want any of them in government.     And it continues to get worse. One of the recall folks just threatened to sic his dog on any anti recall folks that approaches his home.  Evil is the best description for these folks.

These two pictures were posted on Facebook showing vandalism and this masked figure giving the finger.  What is most telling about these photos is no one condemned the vandalism nor the fellow flipping off the sign. They continue to harp about the genitals on the bull, as if they've never seen a bull before. (they probably haven't").

A New Moval Web Blog

Finally someone has created a web blog to counter the smear sheet that has infected the city for far too long appropriately titled THE TRUTH ABOUT GUTLESS GORDIE.

Remember all the ballots on the utility and business license tax and being told by the city muthas and fathas that if we didn't pass the tax that they would have to cut fire and police?  The moval sheeple voted the taxes in and they still cut fire and police.  I'm not calling them liars, but if the shoe fits..........

Show your support for our Moreno Valley Police Department

Just click on the image for shirts, buttons, decals and more

The Moreno Valley City Council wants to spend your tax dollars on a study to convince themselves to dump the sheriff and create their own police department.  This has been done over and over, always with the same results.  The sheriff can provide better service for less money.  They are also discussing adding a tax increase to finance this folly.  Show them you want to keep our award winning PD.

The Moval lynch mob mentality continues. Now the reactionaries are planning another recall of all five city council members. No convictions, no indictments, just a grand jury investigation.  That's grounds for recall  here in the moron town.

Same day as grand jury hearing Stewart gets fired and the city managers job goes on the agenda.  Coincidence, if you believe in them.

Once again the lynch mob mentality has manifested itself in the Moron Town.  Has no one here gone to school and learned the concept of innocent until proven guilty?  Has no one here witnessed the errors of government agencies as we saw in Waco and Ruby Ridge?  Has no one here been unfairly audited by the IRS?

Before we start putting our street lights to their proper use, just perhaps we should wait until all the facts are in and if there are trials that we might wait until a verdict is rendered?

The boy was convicted. No surprise there, but you can expect an appeal. Who wouldn't, facing a lifetime in prison with cell mates that just love to greet anyone with a history of interaction with  juveniles.  The really sad thing about the Rios mess is he was the top vote getter in his election to the Moreno Valley school board.  Movallians have the worst voting record. They have repeatedly voted to raise their own taxes and the taxes of  business.  I don't know how long the page will remain but here's a link to photographs of the Rios supporters from his REAL MIKE RIOS web page.

The following was written before his conviction:

The hot topic for the print and online media with their usual lynch mob mentality.

Those who have followed know that we have opposed this fellow since day one while other bloggers and so called civic leaders were singing his praise. We opposed his run for city council and the following recall effort.  That he got more votes in 2010 for school board than any of the other candidates is testimony to the insight of the moval electorate.   These are the same folks that almost always vote in favor of more taxes and bigger government.

Let's look at this case with something other than emotion. First he was arrested for attempted murder, the public information being that he was followed to his home by two people with whom he had just fought.   Seems in this case self defense would be justifiable.   Looking at the following charges, it's interesting and a bit unusual that he's charged with crimes that allegedly occured on November 1st 2011 and not arrested until five months later. It's also interesting that all 11 felonies allegedly occurred on the same day.

As the justus process develops we should soon learn how the evidence of these alleged crimes was discovered.  The court will decide if the process was proper and if not.................... guess who walks.

The school board adds fuel to the fire and increases the liability of the taxpayers by trying to punish the defendant before he is convicted.  If he isn't convicted we can expect a major law suit and lots of taxpayer dollars paid to Rios rather than being spent on education.

Moval news takes no position on his guilt or innocence, but has always considered him a con artist.  Such shenanigans as impersonating a city councilman should get the attention of us all.    We predict he will go for a jury trial and then all he has to do is con one jurror and he's free.  If he can fool an entire school district into thinking he's the best candidate for school board, convincing one juror should be a cake walk for him.      OJO!!!

A minor under the age of 18 years old was sent into various locations throughout the Jurupa Valley area, under constant supervision, to purchase spray paint. If the cashier sold the spray paint to the minor, they were issued a citation for selling spray paint to a minor. After the decoy left the premises, County Code Enforcement Officers entered the location to look for other violations regarding the proper storage of the paint and signs indicating the minimum age of 18 years to purchase paint. If the location selling the items was in violation, the business was cited for the violation(s).
